1. Who we are
Sigma Predict ("we", "us") operates an autonomous, AI-driven sports-analytics signal service delivered via Telegram, and this website (sigmapredict.com). By creating a trial, subscribing, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms.
2. What the service is — and isn't
Sigma Predict publishes AI-generated, informational signals about football markets. We are not a bookmaker or gambling operator: we never accept bets, hold stakes, or process wagers. Nothing we publish is financial or gambling advice, and we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or profitability of any signal. You are solely responsible for any betting decisions you make and should only ever risk money you can afford to lose.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age for gambling-related content in your jurisdiction if higher, to use the service. By subscribing you confirm you meet this requirement.
4. Trials, subscriptions and billing
We offer a 15-day free trial (no card required), a monthly Pro plan and a discounted yearly Pro plan. Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Checkout and recurring billing are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how cancellations and billing disputes are handled.
5. Access & delivery
Signals are delivered through a private Telegram channel. Access is granted via a personal, single-use invite link emailed to the address you provide at signup. Sharing your invite link, forwarding channel content for resale, or otherwise redistributing the service is not permitted and may result in removal without refund.
6. Account & data accuracy
You agree to provide an email address you control and keep it current — it's how we deliver your invite link, service notices and billing receipts. Each Telegram account is entitled to one free trial.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service: no attempts to circumvent access controls, scrape or republish signals at scale, reverse-engineer the underlying models, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction (including local gambling-related content restrictions).
8. Intellectual property
All content, models, branding and this website are the property of Sigma Predict and may not be reproduced, redistributed or used to train competing models without our prior written permission.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that signals will be uninterrupted, error-free, or profitable. Past results — including the success rate and ROI figures shown on this site — are historical and are not a guarantee of future performance.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sigma Predict is not liable for any losses arising from betting decisions made using our signals, including direct, indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will change accordingly. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
