1. What we collect
Directly from you: your email address (trial and subscription signup), and your Telegram account id/username (from the Telegram Mini App, to issue your channel invite link and manage your membership).
From Stripe, when you subscribe: confirmation that a payment succeeded, your subscription status, and the billing email you gave Stripe at checkout. We never receive or store your full card number — Stripe handles that as our payment processor.
Automatically: basic, aggregated site-traffic signals from our hosting and CDN providers. We do not run third-party advertising trackers or sell any behavioural profile.
2. How we use it
- To issue and manage your Alerts Channel invite link.
- To send service email — invite links, billing receipts, cancellation confirmations and occasional account notices.
- To provide customer support.
- To detect and prevent abuse of the free-trial system (one trial per Telegram account).
We do not sell your personal data to third parties, and we do not use your data to place bets on your behalf — we don't place bets at all.
3. Who we share it with
Only the processors that make the service work, each acting under their own privacy terms:
- Stripe — payment processing and billing.
- Telegram — channel membership and bot messaging.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Supabase — database hosting for your member record.
4. Cookies & local storage
This site does not set tracking or advertising cookies. Google Fonts are loaded from Google's CDN for typography, which involves a request to Google's servers when the page loads.
5. Data retention
We keep your member record for as long as your trial or subscription is active, plus a reasonable period afterwards for billing, dispute and legal-compliance purposes. You can ask us to delete your data earlier — see your rights below.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the EU/UK GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, email [email protected] — we'll respond within 30 days.
7. International transfers
Our processors operate globally; where your data leaves your home region, we rely on their standard contractual safeguards (e.g. Stripe's and Supabase's own GDPR-compliant transfer mechanisms).
8. Children
The service is restricted to users 18+ (or the legal gambling-content age in your jurisdiction, if higher). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under that age.

We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision.
